Job summary

Fairfield Inn Austin Parmer in Austin, TX is seeking a Guest Service Representative. You will assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and daily service needs while delivering friendly, professional service at the front desk.

Salary is $16.50 to $17.00 per hour with full-time schedules. You will work various shifts, including holidays and weekends, and join a supportive team focused on creating memorable stays and smooth front desk operations.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, positive, and professional presence.
• Comfortable using computers and hotel systems.
• Dependable, organized, and able to multitask.
• Prior hotel or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Flexible to work any shifts including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, helpful service
• Assist with check ins, check outs, room assignments, and reservations
• Answer guest questions and resolve issues promptly
• Operate the front desk system and process payments
• Communicate with housekeeping and other departments
• Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner
• Handle guest requests and escalat[e] concerns when needed
• Provide local information and general hotel assistance
