Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience as a Front Desk Clerk or other customer service position.
• Overtime may be required occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and professionally.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns, escalate when needed.
• Pre-register, block reservations, and manage same-day bookings within rate structures.
• Record logs and reports as required by management.
• Arrange for alternative lodging for guests when necessary.
