Job summary

Dutch Wonderland Inn in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Guest Experience Agent for the front desk lodging. You will greet guests, check them in and out, process payments, and answer inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in hospitality or front desk roles and are fluent in English; Spanish or other languages are a plus. The role supports PCI compliance and collaborative teamwork across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of hospitality or front desk experience a plus.
• Fluent English; Spanish or other language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Use the property management system to make reservations, check-in/out guests, and process payments.
• Maintain PCI compliance and ensure front desk area is clean and organized.
• Provide guests with information about events, nearby parks, and activities.
• Coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance to resolve issues promptly.
