Job summary

Dutch Wonderland Inn is seeking a friendly Guest Experience Agent to welcome guests at the front desk and handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs. You will process payments and keep the front desk organized while delivering a memorable experience for every guest.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, basic computer literacy, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and access to park perks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of hospitality or front desk experience a plus.
• Fluency in English; bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with guests in a warm, friendly manner.
• Use property management system to make reservations and check guests in and out.
• Process payments and maintain PCI compliance.
• Provide guests with information about events and nearby parks.
