Job summary

Dutch Wonderland Inn is seeking a Guest Experience Manager to oversee front desk operations and guest impressions, ensuring exemplary service and adherence to policies. The role includes acting as Manager on Duty when needed and guiding a team of front desk associates to deliver memorable experiences for guests.

The ideal candidate will have a strong hospitality background, supervisory experience, and excellent communication skills, with English fluency and a willingness to work flexible hours

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; 3+ years front desk/hospitality experience preferred.
1+ year of supervisory/management experience in hospitality is preferred.
Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead front desk operations and guest impressions, enforcing policies and procedures.
Serve as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Guest Experience Manager.
Supervise and coach front desk team; manage scheduling and timekeeping.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to resolve guest requests and issues.
Maintain brand quality, uphold safety, and ensure excellent guest service.
