Job summary

Rolling Hills Hospitality seeks a Front Office Manager to lead the front desk team and own arrival and departure experiences across our Ohio Valley properties. Reporting to the General Manager, you will hire, train, and coach Guest Service Agents and Supervisors, ensuring smooth operations during heavy group check-ins and busy corporate arrivals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of front office supervisory or management experience in a full-service or upper-upscale hotel.
• Experience with hotel property management systems; Hilton PEP or OnQ experience is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to hire, train, and motivate hourly teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, train, and develop the front desk team including Supervisors and Guest Service Agents.
• Deliver a consistent, high-quality arrival experience meeting brand standards.
• Plan for large group arrivals with pre-keyed rooms and clear communication with Sales and Housekeeping.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, and follow through on service recovery.
