Heights Wellness Retreat Boerne is seeking an Assistant Spa Director to oversee daily operations, guest experience, and team development. You will work with the Spa Director to ensure five-star service and align with our wellness brand promise.

The role requires leadership, sales experience, and strong guest communication, with opportunities to advance within a premium spa environment and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience required.
• Full-time 5 days a week.
• 1+ year of leadership experience required.
• Working knowledge of Zenoti or similar spa management software preferred.
• Familiarity with operating standards in a branded environment preferred.
• Excellent guest communication skills required.
• Excellent at building team culture required.

Responsibilities

• Champion the guest experience from arrival to departure.
• Promote massage, skincare therapy, and touchless services benefits.
• Partner with the Retreat Director on membership strategy and sales growth.
• Foster connections that empower guests on their wellness paths.
