Job summary

Heights Wellness Retreat Boerne is seeking a proactive Assistant Spa Director to support daily operations and guest experience. You’ll report to the Spa Director, help with team development, and ensure five-star service in alignment with our wellness promise.

The role emphasizes leadership, membership strategy, and ensuring personalized care from arrival to departure across massage, skincare, and touchless therapies.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of sales experience.
• Full-time, 5 days a week commitment.
• Minimum one year of leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of Zenoti or similar spa software preferred.
• Experience in branded/franchise environments preferred.
• Excellent guest communication skills required.
• Excellent at building team culture required.

Responsibilities

• Champion the Cloud 9 Wellness Experience with personalized guest care.
• Promote massage, skincare, and touchless therapies.
• Partner with Retreat Director on membership strategy.
• Foster meaningful connections to empower guests.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and brand tone.
• Assist with recruitment, hiring, training, and retention.
• Coach front desk staff to support membership sales.
• Support Membership Retention.
