AC Hotel Arlington National Landing is seeking a Front Desk Manager to lead daily front desk operations and ensure guests receive outstanding service in alignment with brand standards.

You will interview, train, and schedule associates, monitor guest satisfaction, and collaborate with other hotel departments to maximize operational efficiency. This role may include occasional food and beverage support and holiday/weekend scheduling.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 to 3 years hospitality experience, including front desk operations.

Responsabilités

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates, ensuring standards.
• Oversee front office operations in the absence of the Assistant General Manager.
• Manage guest check-ins/outs, inquiries, and resolve issues.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to brand standards.
• Assist with hotel food and beverage operations when needed.
• Ensure front office supplies and inventory are maintained.
• Support budget preparation and financial controls for front office.
