Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 to 3 years' related experience.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach, and support associates according to brand standards.
• Plan and conduct pre- and post-convention meetings with clients and departments.
• Coordinate activities of various departments to service accounts and ensure setup accuracy.
• Establish rapport with meeting planners and promote hotel facilities and services.
• Monitor in-house group activity and provide assistance as needed.
• Input data into computer systems to generate account history reports.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines per HHM program.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
