Atrium Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Associate at the Murfreesboro Embassy Suites to ensure exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out. You will support teammates, resolve guest issues, and maintain a welcoming lobby environment during shifts.

Ideal candidates bring customer service expertise, some hospitality leadership, and proficiency with hotel systems. The role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is essential and you keep things running smoothly.
• Hospitality or leadership experience is preferred and shows accountability.
• Tech-savvy enough to use hotel systems confidently, including front desk software.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet through shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations and be the go-to problem solver for guests and teammates.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with warmth and accuracy.
• Support and train new front desk team members as the friendly coach they’ll thank later.
• Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally to leave guests satisfied.
• Assist with daily tasks like event sheet distribution, business center support, and lobby readiness.
