This role supports store operations by maintaining organization, ensuring documentation, and providing a professional point of contact for customers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has experience in reception or customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception, administrative, or customer service roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Manage reception desk operations to ensure consistent coverage during business hours
• Greet and assist customers, vendors, and visitors in a professional and efficient manner
• Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments or personnel
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with company standards
• Ensure compliance with required documentation and posting requirements
• Monitor and organize incoming and outgoing communications, including messages and inquiries
• Assist with coordinating internal communication between departments
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the reception area
• Identify and escalate operational issues, documentation concerns, or compliance gaps
