Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and guide them through games, dining, and merchandise.
• Handle telephones, process transactions, and manage front desk flow.
• Keep front desk stocked and clean; restock menus and supplies.
• Maintain positive guest experience and notify manager of issues.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth seating and wait times.
