Dave & Buster’s is looking for a front desk/host team member to warmly welcome Guests and guide them through their dining, game rental, and merchandise experiences. You will manage wait times, process payments, and help maintain a clean, well-stocked front area.

Strong communication with Guests and Team Members is essential, and a friendly, upbeat attitude helps create a positive guest experience. Flexible shifts and a casual environment apply.

Qualifications

• Friendliness and ability to greet Guests warmly.
• Must read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Restaurant, retail or cashier experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests at the front desk and guide them through their dining/game experience.
• Coordinate game rentals, merchandise sales, and phone inquiries.
• Process transactions accurately and ensure proper cash handling.
• Maintain front desk and host station cleanliness and stocking.
• Assist teammates and managers to keep wait times and seating balanced.
