Job summary

Dave & Buster’s is seeking a friendly front desk/host to welcome Guests, guide them through rentals and dining, and process purchases at the front desk. The role emphasizes strong communication and a positive attitude in a fast-paced, game-filled environment.

Applicants should be able to read and communicate in English, be at least 16, and enjoy working in a team. Prior restaurant, retail, or cashier experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and guide them through rentals, merchandise sales and dining.
• Handle transactions and process payments at the front desk.
• Keep front desk area stocked and clean; maintain wait times and seating flow.
• Communicate with Managers about any issues and assist team members as needed.
• Ensure guests have a positive, welcoming experience and invite return visits.
