Job summary

Dave & Buster's in Texas is seeking a front desk host to welcome Guests and guide them through dining, game rentals, and merchandise. The role focuses on delivering an upbeat, friendly experience while coordinating with the team to ensure smooth service.

You will greet Guests, handle transactions, keep the front desk stocked and organized, and assist managers with daily operations. Must be 16+ and able to read/communicate in English; prior restaurant/retail experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and communicate in English.
• Restaurant, retail or cashier experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests warmly and guide them through dining, games and merchandise experiences.
• Process transactions and maintain accurate cash handling.
• Maintain front desk and host station order and cleanliness.
• Assist other team members and coordinate with managers as needed.
• Manage wait times and communicate with Guests and Team Members.
