Dave & Buster’s is looking for a friendly Front Desk/Host to greet Guests, guide them through dining, game rentals, and merchandise purchases, and help manage wait times. The role emphasizes strong communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to process transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests warmly and guide them through dining, game rentals, and merchandise purchases.
• Handle phone calls and assist Guests with reservations and inquiries.
• Process transactions accurately and reconcile cash at shift end.
• Keep the Front Desk and Host area stocked, organized, and clean.
• Assist other Team Members as needed to ensure smooth guest flow.
• Monitor wait times and manage seating to maximize guest satisfaction.
