Dave & Buster’s is hiring a Front Desk/Host in Texas. You will greet Guests, guide them through game rentals, dining and merchandise, and act as the first friendly face of the venue. Strong communication and a cheerful demeanor are essential as you balance guest needs with casual cash handling and seating flow.

Flexibility with shifts, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are key. Experience is a plus but not required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly, able to smile frequently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to guide guests through game rentals, merchandise, and dining.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and guides them through the front desk, game rentals, and merchandise.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the Front Desk and Host station.
• Handles transactions and processes to-go orders; reconciles funds.
• Ensures guests have a positive first impression and invites return.
