Responsibilities

• Greet Guests, guide them through game rentals, dining and merchandise processes.
• Handle transactions at the front desk accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Front Desk and Host station.
• Assist other Team Members and managers as needed.
• Ensure guests leave satisfied and invite them to return.
