Job summary

S&L Hospitality, along with this location, is currently accepting resumes for Hotel Front Desk / Guest Service agents. Ideal candidates will have customer service experience, the ability to provide exceptional service, work independently, and solve problems.

This position has a potential schedule between 6am and 11pm; availability for weekends and holidays is required. Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling all stages of a guest’s stay, processing payments, and keeping the front desk

Qualifications

Successful history in front desk or customer service roles.
Ability to use hotel PMS systems.
Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
Task-driven and guest-focused with strong problem-solving.
Professional, composed attitude under pressure.
Ability to work with little supervision.

Responsibilities

Represent the first point of contact with guests and handle all stages of a guest’s stay.
Accommodate and anticipate guests needs and respond promptly.
Act as information liaison for the property and guests.
Serve as a source of up-to-date information about the hotel, attractions and events.
Process and collect payments following cashier procedures.
Maintain a clean and neat front desk area.
