Job summary

You will manage reservations with OpenTable, coordinate with servers and managers, keep the host stand and restrooms clean, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied with a positive dining experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with management, servers, and guests.
• Ability to read basic information and understand instructions.
• Basic computer skills for guest reservations and check-ins.
• Ability to visually scan the floor for clean, unoccupied tables.
• Able to work well with others and independently, with strong organization.
• Capable of multitasking and staying organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Check in all employees and highlight on Open Table.
• Answer the phone, take reservations, and takeout orders.
• Ensure menus are clean and organized.
• Greet, check in and seat guests.
• Print special chits with instructions and hand off to server.
• Review open table reservations and plan the shift.
• Capture guest information in Open Table.
• Coordinate with manager on the floor to control wait times.
• Keep restrooms and host stand clean and stocked.
• Interact with guests to ensure a positive dining experience.
