Qualifications

• Front-of-house experience in reception, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience in apparel, retail, or lifestyle brand is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, vendors, buyers and candidates with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage check-in/out, badge issuance, logs, and building security protocols.
• Answer and route calls; maintain front desk inbox and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Keep lobby and reception area polished to reflect brand standards.
• Coordinate conference rooms, catering, and meeting setup for internal and external meetings.
• Handle mail/packages and schedule courier pickups.
• Support showroom visits and market weeks with a guest-first approach.
• Collaborate with facilities and vendors to resolve day-to-day issues discreetly.
