Job summary

Proper Hospitality in Beverly Hills seeks a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

You will manage reservations, respond to inquiries, process payments, and maintain accurate guest records while delivering warm, professional service in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Experience with hotel reservation systems (InforHMS, Alice) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm, welcoming check-in experience.
• Efficiently check in guests by verifying reservation details, processing payments, and assigning rooms.
• Handle guest check-outs, ensuring charges are posted accurately and guests depart satisfied.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide information on hotel services, local attractions, and assist with special requests.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Sales to ensure seamless operations and manage reservations and emails.
• Maintain accurate guest records and ensure correct data entry into the system.
