Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Sacramento Airport is seeking a Front Desk Agent to be the guests' first connection upon arrival and during their stay. You will handle questions, requests, and complaints promptly to create memorable experiences and drive guest loyalty.

Responsibilities include check-in/out, cash handling, reporting, and coordinating with other departments to fulfill guest needs while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions verbally and in writing.
• Ability to represent the hotel professionally and maintain accountability.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out efficiently, courteously, and professionally.
• Resolve guest complaints and compliments professionally.
• Reconcile daily activities and close accounts.
• Learn property systems and run reports as needed.
• Handle cash/credit/deposit procedures securely.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Identify potential sales leads from guest interactions and share with sales/GM.
• Answer phones and emails promptly and with a smile.
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide information on hotel, rooms, rates, and promotions.
