Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Greenville is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests and manage reservations, check-in and check-out efficiently. You will handle inquiries, assist with room preferences, and coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth stay.

The role emphasizes professional service, accuracy in billing, and upholding security and safety standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, forward-facing, or other guest-related positions.
• Experience in the hospitality industry, hotels, restaurants or similar in various roles preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 or similar computer applications.
• Minimum High school diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide courteous, efficient service at check-in/out and reservations.
• Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor for all guest interactions.
• Answer inquiries and manage hotel reservations and guest information.
• Assist with room assignments and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
• Process payments and accurately handle guest billing and transactions.
• Respond to guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Escort or direct guests as needed and uphold safety procedures.
