Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate to warmly welcome guests from around the world, assist with registration, provide information about the resort and area attractions, and quote room rates.

You will handle cash/credit transactions, issue keys, and ensure accurate guest folios with efficient check-out processes. The role requires strong English communication, problem-solving, and meticulous cash handling.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of proper cash handling procedures.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through registration and checkout, issue unit keys, and provide information about the resort.
• Provide room rate quotes and confirm reservations.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and perform bucket checks.
• Respond to guest inquiries quickly and completely.
