Job summary

Loews Miami Beach Hotel in Miami Beach seeks a Front Office Supervisor to lead our guest services team with confidence and care. You will be the heartbeat of the front desk, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence and lasting guest impressions.

You will mentor staff, monitor feedback, and collaborate with housekeeping to meet guest preferences while upholding Loews standards.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years guest service experience in hotel hospitality preferred.
Minimum one-year guest service leadership role preferred.
Experience with previous Property Management System, preferred Opera System.
Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis in a hotel setting preferred.
Ability to stand for long periods of time required.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the Front Office and Guest Services teams.
Lead, mentor, and develop staff to achieve high performance and Loews service standards.
Monitor guest feedback, address concerns, and implement strategies to improve satisfaction.
Coordinate room assignments with housekeeping to meet guest preferences.
Design and deliver training programs to elevate team skills.
Serve as primary contact for internal and external inquiries.
Prepare reports on operations and guest experience for management.
Ensure compliance with standards and safety procedures.
