Concord's Ohio property in Twinsburg is seeking a Front Desk Clerk to deliver exceptional guest experiences with a warm, attentive welcome throughout stays.

You will check guests in/out, handle reservations and requests, process payments, answer calls, and keep the lobby and front desk organized while following safety procedures.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, hospitality experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and cash-handling skills required.
• Professional, reliable, and service-focused.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service and create a welcoming experience.
• Check guests in/out, manage reservations, and handle special requests.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process payments, cash transactions, and guest account charges accurately.
• Answer phone calls and provide information on hotel services and amenities.
• Monitor room availability and maintain accurate guest records.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
• Communicate guest feedback, maintenance needs, and operational updates.
