• Handle guest mail and messages with privacy and professionalism.
• Be knowledgeable of the hotel brand and programs.
• Communicate with other departments and management on guest comments and concerns.
• Respond quickly to incoming calls and lobby visitors needing front desk assistance.
• Know hotel safety and emergency procedures.
