Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; College coursework in related field helpful.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Positive, upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding guest services.
• Ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and solve problems for internal and external customers.
• Clear verbal and written communication; ability to work in stress, high-pressure situations.
• Ability to operate Front Desk computer systems and basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the Front Desk in accordance with brand standards.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Maintain high standards of appearance and grooming per brand standards.
• Provide information about hotel services, local area attractions and hours of operation.
• Answer inquiries from guests regarding restaurants, transportation, and activities.
