Job summary

Avion Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to assist the Front Desk Manager in delivering attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests from pre-arrival through their stay. The role aims to maximize room revenue and occupancy while maintaining high service standards.

The candidate should have progressive hotel experience, supervisory exposure, and strong communication skills; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

Progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
College coursework in related field is helpful.
Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must convey information clearly.
Must work well under pressure and handle guest disputes.

Responsibilities

Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly, service oriented manner.
Maintain regular attendance per Avion Hospitality standards.
Maintain standards of appearance and grooming with proper uniform and name tag.
Comply with Avion Hospitality standards and regulations.
Maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times.
Set the standard for guest relations at the Front Desk.
Oversee check-in/check-out processes and guest requests.
Ensure logs and messages are delivered timely and professionally.
Be aware of rates, packages and promotions current.
Be familiar with in-house groups and dates.
