Job summary

Concourse Bowling Center in Anaheim, CA is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to be the first contact for guests. You will greet guests, check in reservations, assign lanes, and handle payments.

This role requires strong customer service, calm teamwork during busy times, and availability evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior front desk or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable with point-of-sale systems and basic computer tasks
• Reliable with cash handling and end-of-shift reconciliation
• Able to stay organized and upbeat in a fast-paced environment
• Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Previous front desk, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, check in reservations, and assign lanes
• Process payments, handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Answer phones, field questions about pricing, hours, and events
• Monitor lane availability and manage wait lists during peak hours
• Keep the front desk area clean, stocked, and presentable
• Communicate with floor staff to coordinate lane turns and guest needs
