Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school education.
• At least 1 year in front desk operations or guest services.
• Strong communication and computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests on arrival and provides personal recognition.
• Reviews arrival lists and prepares welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer phones within three rings and direct inquiries or transfers.
• Count and secure cash; report cash over/shorts per procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and assist with lobby activation.
• Handle guest PII data following proper procedures.
• Request and verify identification and payment methods at check-in/out.
• Respond promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
• Perform additional duties to meet business objectives.
