Aufgaben

• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks.
• Manage online and phone reservations.
• Inform customers about payment methods and verify credit data.
• Register guests with contact details and stay dates.
• Welcome guests and assign rooms.
• Provide information about hotel, rooms, rates and amenities.
• Respond to complaints in a timely, professional manner.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and ready.
• Confirm group reservations and arrange services for VIPs/attendees.
• Upsell facilities and services when appropriate.
• Maintain records of bookings and payments.
