Job summary

Hampton Inn Boston - Peabody is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent to join our team. This Full Time position is located in Peabody, MA. You will register guests, make reservations, and provide information about the hotel and local area.

Responsibilities include checking guests in/out, handling payments, and addressing guest needs with a cheerful attitude. On-site work with shifts including mornings and evenings, plus weekends.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of full-time employment in a related front desk/guest service role.
• Must be able to work onsite at the hotel location.
• Ability to stand at the front desk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-in and check-out and provide information about hotel amenities.
• Manage reservations via phone, online, and in-person.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs.
• Explain local attractions and routes to guests.
• Process payments and address any discrepancies.
