Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest.
• Check guests in, ensure proper credit is noted, record special requests, and provide information.
• Resolve problems and WOW guests through recovery when issues arise.
• Promote and sell special hotel programs.
• Interact with hotel staff in a professional manner and assist other departments as needed.
• Follow procedures on posting, charges, cashing checks, and refunds; maintain house bank.
