Job summary

Renaissance Indianapolis North, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a Night Auditor to join the Front Desk team on the overnight shift from 11pm to 7am. You will check guests in, answer questions, and provide local area information while upholding the property's standards for service and accuracy.

You should bring hotel front desk experience, a personable demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to work weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Overnight shift availability, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check guests in at the front desk during the night shift.
• Provide exceptional guest service and local area information.
• Maintain accurate nightly reports and cash handling.
• Collaborate with hotel staff and departments as needed.
• Follow standard night audit procedures with attention to detail.
