Springhill Westchase Houston is actively hiring a Front Desk Agent to serve as the first point of contact for guests, handling check-in/check-out, reservations, and inquiries with professional warmth.

As part of Sincere Hospitality, you will uphold brand standards, support guest satisfaction, and collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure smooth operations. Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Must be available to work morning and evening shifts.
• Must be available to work on weekends & holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, check-in and check-out efficiently.
• Answer calls, emails and in-person inquiries with courtesy and accuracy.
• Manage cash drawer and transactions during shift.
• Maintain accurate records using hotel systems (PMS).
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure seamless operations.
