Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Front Desk Agent for an on-site, part-time role at Embassy Suites San Diego Downtown. You will assist guests with arrivals and departures, manage registrations and payments, and share local recommendations with a welcoming, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Hotel front desk experience preferred.
• Ability to input and retrieve information in a computer system.

• Ability to stand and move around front office for extended periods.
• Comfort with handling payments and balancing a house bank.
