Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group is seeking a Front Desk Agent at Hilton Garden Inn & Homewood Suites San Diego Downtown/Bayside. You will warmly welcome guests, check them in and out promptly, and coordinate with the reservations center to ensure seamless arrivals and departures.

You’ll maintain confidentiality, handle guest records with integrity, and use up-selling techniques to maximize satisfaction and revenue. The role supports team training and frontline leadership as you grow with us.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (hospitality preferred).
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Familiarity with hospitality procedures and systems.
• Ability to lead by example and support team training.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently book reservations and coordinate with the reservations center as needed.
• Check guests in and out promptly, using up-selling techniques to maximize revenue.
• Prepare for group arrivals, VIP check-ins, and departures.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle guest records with integrity.
• Answer calls professionally and relay accurate messages.
• Address minor guest concerns with empathy and resolve them promptly; escalation major issues when necessary.
• Respond to requests quickly and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
