Sonesta ES Suites San Diego is seeking a Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for guests. You will warmly greet arrivals, assist with check-in/check-out, and handle requests with courtesy to create memorable stays.

This role requires strong communication, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel setting, and a professional demeanor. You will coordinate with other departments, process transactions securely, and help drive guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Professional presentation and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out professionally.
• Resolve guest complaints and compliments courteously.
• Balance daily transactions and close accounts.
• Learn and navigate property systems; run reports.
• Handle cash, checks, credit card transactions securely.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Assist with phone and email inquiries promptly.
