Job summary

Sheraton Suites Philadelphia Airport is seeking a Guest Service Associate to warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, and support daily front desk operations. You will be responsible for posting charges, handling payments, and assisting with reservations to ensure a smooth guest experience.

The role requires strong communication, flexibility with schedules including nights and weekends, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and hospitality mindset.
• Ability to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Team-player with strong communication skills.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Ability to lift 10–25 pounds when needed.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out promptly and professionally.
• Post charges accurately and manage payments.
• Operate Front Office system and handle reservations.
• Block rooms for special requests and review rates.
• Follow cancellation and relocation procedures.
• Provide information about local attractions and shuttle services.
