Job summary

Crestline Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Front Desk Agent in Baltimore, MD to greet and assist guests, handle check-in/check-out, and respond to inquiries with a focus on exceptional service.

The role requires delivering friendly, efficient service, maintaining accurate guest information, and coordinating with other hotel teams to ensure a smooth stay for all guests. Basic computer skills are required, and prior hotel experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of front desk or hotel experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out.
• Answer department telephone within 3 rings and greet guests appropriately.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, hours of operation, rates, promotions, and daily activities.
• Process guest registrations, payments and billing as required.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
