Providence Covenant Medical Group seeks a Patient Services Specialist to guide patients through on-site registration and arrival, for both scheduled and unscheduled visits.

You will collect accurate demographic and insurance information, assist with financial clearance, and provide friendly, professional customer service to patients and families.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, handling valuables, and supporting downtime with registration tasks, upholding our culture of care.

Formación

• 6 months of healthcare experience in Business office, Hospital or Medical Office setting.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patients during on-site registration and arrival for scheduled and unscheduled visits.
• Collect accurate demographic information, insurance information, and patient liability at the time of service.
• Perform financial clearance functions on assigned scheduled accounts during registration downtimes.
• Provide basic customer service and valuables collection.
