Job summary

Qualifications

• Computer experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior guest services during check-in/check-out; process payments according to hotel requirements.
• Resolve guest inquiries and assist with requests in a courteous, professional manner.
