Job summary

Shaner Group in Hershey, PA, is seeking a hotel front desk agent to deliver friendly, professional service at check-in and check-out. You will handle payments according to hotel policies and provide information to guests with a helpful attitude.

• Adhere to payment, cash handling and credit policies/procedures.
• Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments/personnel.
• Resolve discrepancies on the room status report with Housekeeping.
• Other duties as assigned.
