Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience desirable.
• Neat, pleasant personality.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to work on feet for an extended period.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to read room numbers, dates, and basic instructions.
• Move, traverse, and position self to reach corners; lift up to 25 lbs and maneuver carts up to 100 lbs.
• Follow safety standards and report hazards.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well.
• Work as a team to achieve hotel cleanliness goals.
• Keep work cart orderly and stocked.
• Utilize equipment, supplies, and guest amenities properly.
• Ensure thorough cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas.
• Change and inspect linens and towels daily per standards.
• Practice safety and report hazards and suspicious conditions.
• Respect guests’ property and care for equipment.
• Report to work on time per schedule; maintain time records.
• Remain alert, courteous, and helpful to guests and co-workers.
• Perform other related duties as requested by Floor Supervisor.
