Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor at Cambria Hotel Philadelphia Downtown Center City. You will lead the front desk team, check guests in and out, and ensure a seamless guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous hotel or resort experience preferred.
• Outgoing and engaging personality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check them in/out with courtesy and efficiency.
• Resolve issues and WOW guests through proactive service recovery.
• Supervise daily shift process and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Housekeeping for smooth operations.
• Train and guide Front Desk Agents to deliver outstanding guest service.
