Fairfield Suites Menifee is seeking a Front Desk Agent to be the guest's first impression, delivering warm, professional service in line with Wings of Excellence standards. As Ground Control of our hospitality experience, you will check guests in and out, assist with reservations, coordinate with housekeeping, and uphold our ownership and guest-first culture across all interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of front desk or customer service experience.
• Proficiency with front desk PMS systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Perform check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
• Balance transactions in accordance with policies.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and management on room status.
