Job summary

Big Sky Resort is seeking a Front Desk Manager to assist the Assistant Hotel Manager and General Manager in overseeing front desk operations. You will train, schedule, monitor, and motivate staff while maintaining high guest service levels and Net Promoter Scores.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; experience at a hotel front desk is essential, and you will work closely with bell staff, concierge, and housekeeping to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Hotel Front Desk experience is required.
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous leadership or supervisory role is appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Lead front desk staff and complete check-ins/outs.
• Train staff to deliver top-tier guest service.
• Resolve guest and employee issues with sound judgement.
• Contribute to weekly Front Desk meetings agenda.
• Be willing to work long hours and stand during shifts.
• Report to weekly operations meetings and uphold policies.
